二次烘焙--Banana Cake

奶油蛋糕成功了之后,我对烘焙的兴趣也跟着增加,信心也大增。接下来,我要做香蕉蛋糕。研究了几个网上的食谱,发现以下这个食谱是最容易,也是最快的。连我这个初手也可以很轻松的完成。


Best Ever Banana Cake

Preparation time:15mins



Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups of self-raising flour

1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda

3/4 cup sugar

3 bananas, mashed

1/2 cup oil (如果不喜欢太油腻,可以减少分量)

2 eggs,slightly beaten


Method:

1. Grease a ring tin and line base with baking paper

2. Sift flour and soda into bowl.Add sugar.

3. Make a well in centre and add bananas , eggs and oil.

4. Stir until mixture is smooth.

5. Pour into cake tin and bake at 150C for 1 hour.

6. Ice with cream cheese or lemon icing if desired.
